Understand Customers’ Needs and Improve Service Quality
To better prepare for the 9th CIMAMotor and provide exhibitors with people-oriented services, the Organizer carried out survey of exhibitors. To collect the feedback for the 8th CIMAMotor and suggestions for the 9th CIMAMotor, the organizer visited Chongqing Bund Motorcycle Market, Lifan, Xinyuan and other enterprises .and asked their opinions on Jiangmen Motorcycle Exhibition and Beijing Motorcycle Exhibition. Enterprises generally think that the CIMAMotor needs to improve its services, making it more people-oriented not only through the software and hardware design but also by actively organizing professional visitors to attend the fair to help the exhibitors achieve their participation goals. Meanwhile the CIMAMotor needs to get more supports from government to raise the overall image. The Organizer listened to these opinions carefully and will learn from past experiences to make CIMAMotor a world leading professional exhibition.
